Registration of Products

To ensure swift warranty service between our customers and the manufacturer, our clients must register the warranty with Gadgix.com, in addition to registering with the manufacturer. This can be done by filling out our Warranty Registration Form.

The customer must register the warranty with GADGIX L.L.C. either via the Online Warranty Registration Form or mail or fax back the warranty registration card within 10 days of receiving your product. Otherwise, the warranty is NULL and VOID.

Limited Warranty

A. Go Kart:

All Go Kart products come with a 90 day limited manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty includes parts only, labor not included.

The parts warranty covers:

• Replacement parts EXCEPT plastic parts (including color-coordinated housings); wear-and-tear items such as brakes, brake handles, tires, seats, lights and toggle switches; and damage to the engine or any other part due to abuse or misuse.
• Technical support via phone or e-mail from professional motor powered vehicle experts.

This warranty is effective only if the product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose and the product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments. We reserve the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse. We shall not be responsible for any losses to the customer as a result of the failure of any part, including incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, loss of profits, or loss of income. There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. This warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.

All Warranties are voided if the vehicle has been altered for use in racing or competition, rented, used under abnormal conditions, or subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

WARNINGS

The Go Kart product is to be operated in accordance with all city, state, county, and federal laws. Always wear eye protection, a helmet, and protective clothing. Never carry passengers if the Go Kart is for single-seat usage. Be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Never engage in stunt riding. Riding and alcohol/drugs don’t mix. Avoid excessive speed. Remember to ride your Go Kart using common sense and avoiding recklessness.

RISKS INHERENT TO OPERATION

Operating a Go Kart involves risks and dangers involving serious bodily injury. These risks and dangers also include but are not limited to paralysis, disability, dismemberment, and death. These inherent risks may be the result of purchaser’s own actions or non-actions involving: themselves, others, or specific circumstances of the activity occurring, or the neglect or negligence of themselves and or others. There may be other risks known or unknown to Purchaser. Purchaser assumes all risks and fully assumes and accepts responsibility for events that may not be foreseeable including economic loss, social distress, losses, costs, and damages caused as a result of person’s vehicle riding activities.

PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITIES

Purchaser understands the nature of riding motor vehicles and motorcycle riding activities and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate a Go Kart as purchased from Gadgix.com. Person understands that they must abide by state laws and be in proper physical condition to ride a Go Kart. If purchaser is not familiar with how to operate a Go Kart, purchaser should seek professional training and be fully competent before riding their vehicle. Purchaser is also responsible to inspect and insure motor vehicle before using it to make sure that the motor vehicle is safe to use and in riding order.

B. Powerboard and PumpaBike:

All EVO Powerboard products come with a 90 day limited manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty includes parts and labor.

C. Ramps:

All PVI Ramps come with one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty includes parts only, labor not included.

D. Pocket Bikes:

All Pocket Bikes have no warranty and no return service unless manufacturer defects. However, parts are available.

E. Pumpabike:

All EVO Pumpabikes come with a 90-day limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty includes parts only.

F. Scooters:

All Scooters come with a 6 month limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty includes parts and labor.

G. Dirt Bikes:

All Dirt Bikes come with a 6 month limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty includes parts and labor.

H. Motorcycles:

All Motorcycles come with a 6 month limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty includes parts and labor.

I. ATVs:

All ATVs come with a 6 month limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty includes parts and labor.
